Notre client est un groupe industriel, Leader du secteur de la Papeterie. Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, il recherche un : Responsable de Site F/H CDI – Temps Plein - Statut Cadre – Doubs (25) Rattaché au Directeur de la Papeterie, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable de site pour piloter un site de transformation distinct. Véritable relais opérationnel sur le terrain, il supervise l’ensemble des activités du site, veille à son bon fonctionnement, à sa performance et à la satisfaction des clients. Il coordonne les équipes, garantit le respect des procédures en matière de sécurité, qualité et environnement, et contribue activement à un climat social constructif. Missions principales : Pilotage de l’activité et organisation de l’atelier Gestion technique du site Gestion des matières premières, consommables et stocks Suivi de la performance Management et gestion du personnel Vous êtes de formation supérieure souhaitée, idéalement Bac+5, avec une spécialisation en mécanique ou production industrielle ou PAGORA : Ingénierie de la communication imprimée.
