Type de contrat : CDD de 3 mois (Possibilité de renouvellement et d'évolution en CDI) Rémunération : 1 900 € bruts / mois Localisation et conditions : Poste basé en présentiel et en open-space à Avesnes sur Helpe (59440) du lundi au vendredi. Descriptif du poste : Au sein de notre société de presse, vous intégrez notre équipe en présentiel pour assurer la gestion opérationnelle de nos portefeuilles d’abonnés. Vos missions se partagent entre la saisie de données, les lancements de traitements informatiques (ce qui demande une rigueur certaine) et la relation client avec l’accueil téléphonique, la rédaction de courriers et courriels. Profil recherché : De formation Bac+2 avec une bonne maîtrise de l’environnement Windows (Word, Excel), vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience alliant rigueur administrative et contact client. Diplomate et dynamique : Vous maîtrisez le contact téléphonique, vous disposez d’une excellente expression orale et écrite.
