Deine Aufgaben Du führst Malinda AI gemeinsam mit unserem CTO und Gründer. Du entwickelst die Go-to-Market-Strategie und bringst Malinda an den Markt. Du verantwortest Vertrieb und Umsatz: Pipeline, Abschlüsse, Pricing. Du gewinnst Enterprise-Kunden und Pilotprojekte im DACH-Raum. Du baust Vertriebsprozesse und perspektivisch ein Sales-Team auf. Du führst die nächste Finanzierungsrunde mit Business Angels und VCs und vertrittst Malinda gegenüber Investoren und Partnern. Dein Profil Nachgewiesene Erfolge im B2B-Software-Vertrieb, idealerweise in KI oder Automatisierung. Belegbare Abschlüsse mit Mittelstand und Konzernen im DACH-Raum (Umsatz, Deal-Größen, Quota). Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung von Vertriebsteams. Netzwerk zu Entscheidern in IT und Fachabteilungen. Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität.
