Wil jij werken op het snijvlak van cloud, platform engineering en AI? Bij Itility krijg je de ruimte om te bouwen aan een platform dat onze engineers en klantenteams helpt slimmer, efficiënter en veiliger te werken. Je ontwikkelt niet alleen nieuwe functionaliteiten, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe we AI en automation kunnen inzetten om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Wat jij gaat doen Je bouwt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons platform en vertaalt behoeften vanuit onze klantenteams naar concrete, herbruikbare oplossingen. Je werkt aan features vanuit de roadmap, maar signaleert ook zelf waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het toepassen van AI en automation. Je ontwikkelt bijvoorbeeld AI-agents die informatie verzamelen en analyseren, engineers ondersteunen bij troubleshooting of binnen duidelijke kaders zelfstandig acties uitvoeren. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze oplossingen niet bij een proof of concept blijven, maar daadwerkelijk in productie worden gebruikt.
