Description
Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere IT zuverlässig läuft, und sind erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT-Anliegen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of IT übernehmen Sie mittelfristig die Verantwortung für den IT-Betrieb. Aufgaben 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden – vor Ort und remote, inkl. Ticketbearbeitung Administration von Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune (Benutzer, Berechtigungen, MFA, Geräteverwaltung) Client-Management: Beschaffung, Einrichtung, Rollout und Lebenszyklus von Notebooks, Mobilgeräten und Druckern Betreuung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Anwendersupport für unser ERP-System (Comarch) und weitere Fachapplikationen: Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung, Erstanalyse, Eskalation an Hersteller und Partner IT-Sicherheit: Einführung, Umsetzung und laufende Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards (z. B.
