Die Rolle Als Senior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Kunden vom Kick-off bis zur Verlängerung. Du sorgst dafür, dass Retorio im Alltag der Vertriebs- und Serviceteams ankommt und messbare Ergebnisse liefert, etwa kürzere Einarbeitungszeit, höhere Abschlussquoten oder bessere Kundenzufriedenheit. Du verantwortest den kommerziellen Erfolg deines Portfolios: Die Verlängerungen liegen in deiner Hand und du arbeitest mit dem Vertriebsteam an Up- und Crosssells.
