Description
<h6>Every order a Suitsupply customer places, online, in a store, or through customer service, has to be captured, understood and carried all the way through to delivery or return. As Junior Product Manager for IT Fulfillment, you will help build and improve the services that make that happen: the order flows, data and interfaces that connect our webstore, our stores, our warehouses and our customer service teams.</h6> <h6>You will work in a small team inside the IT Fulfillment domain, alongside the Group Product Manager and our own engineers. The Group Product Manager shapes the functional direction with the business and sets priorities; together you turn it into clear requirements, well-defined tickets and working software, built with engineers and AI agents. This is a technical product role: we build our own services, so you will spend your time in data models, interfaces and requirements rather than managing a vendor’s roadmap.
