Administratie moet kloppen. Punt. Maar organisaties in zorg, onderwijs en het publieke domein krijgen te maken met steeds meer regelgeving, hogere verwachtingen en een toenemende druk op personeel en processen. Meer mensen aannemen is niet altijd de oplossing. Slimmer werken wel. Stippt helpt organisaties met Finance, HR en Salarisadministratie. Daarbij kijken we niet alleen naar capaciteit en uitvoering, maar vooral naar hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig ingericht kunnen worden. Wij combineren vakinhoudelijke expertise met data, automatisering en AI, omdat organisaties behoefte hebben aan betere inzichten, minder handmatig werk en meer grip op hun bedrijfsvoering. We zijn een compact en ambitieus team van 32 collega's, twee jaar geleden begonnen met het commercieel op de kaart zetten van Stippt en daar boeken we mooie stappen in. Om die groei door te zetten, zoeken we een New Business Developer die actief nieuwe klanten aan ons verbindt.
