Generation Impuls zoekt versterking! Voor onze partner – een van de snelst groeiende neobanken van Europa, gevestigd in Amsterdam – zoeken we sterke profielen voor de Duitse markt. In deze rol ben je veel meer dan een klassieke klantenservice: je bent het visitekaartje van de bank, een probleemoplosser en de cruciale schakel tussen onze gebruikers en de techniek. Taken In de 1st Level Support (Hotline, Chat & E-mail): Het directe contact: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Duitstalige particuliere en zakelijke klanten. Je begeleidt ze bij de digitale onboarding, legt app-functies uit en helpt bij het instellen van hun account. Troubleshooting: Klanten nemen contact met je op vanwege verloren passen, vergeten pincodes of vragen over recente afschrijvingen. Je reageert snel, vakkundig en absoluut oplossingsgericht. KYC & Veiligheid: Je ondersteunt bij vragen over het identificatieproces (Know Your Customer) en biedt betrouwbare hulp bij geblokkeerde accounts of veiligheidswaarschuwingen.
