Avion designs and builds full flight simulators that challenge the status quo in pilot training. As a Dutch OEM in a market dominated by large incumbents, we compete on innovation, agility and close customer relationships. Our simulators support airline training operations worldwide, including our flight training centres in Luton and Mumbai. We are a compact team where your work is visible, your ideas land directly with decision makers, and no two weeks look the same. Tasks The role As Marketing and Sales Support Officer, you own the full marketing function and support the commercial front line. The balance leans clearly towards marketing, roughly 80% marketing and 20% sales, with the sales side focused on first-line contact and business development rather than closing deals. You are part of the sales team and work closely with our training centres and partners across the industry. The sales side is deliberately a support function — you enable the sales team, you do not carry a quota. This is a broad, hands-on role.
