Als ervaren Customer Solutions Engineer bij Payter ben jij dé expert die klanten helpt bij complexe technische vraagstukken, het diagnosticeren van problemen en het oplossen van geëscaleerde klantvragen. Je begeleidt gebruikers door geavanceerde troubleshooting van onze producten, geeft deskundig advies en verzorgt producttrainingen als het belangrijkste technische aanspreekpunt. Als diepgaande specialist van het Payter-platform deel je best-practice advies en werk je nauw samen met diverse interne teams om complexe of unieke technische escalaties succesvol op te lossen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Onderzoeken en oplossen van complexe technische problemen, vragen over softwareversies en hardware-uitdagingen, inclusief ondersteuning bij updates, transactiefouten en de doorstroom van telemetriedata. Verzorgen van geavanceerde terminalconfiguraties, remote diagnostics en support bij de uitrol, evenals het oplossen van netwerkproblemen (wifi, 5G, LAN) en integraties van randapparatuur.
