En tant que consultant Senior, vous serez pleinement intégré aux équipes Transactions Services et serez amené à intervenir sur des missions de due diligence financière à l’achat ou à la vente pour le compte de client Corporate ou des fonds d’investissement en France et à l’étranger. Les analyses que vous réaliserez porteront sur la compréhension de la performance historique, la génération de trésorerie et les hypothèses retenues dans les Business Plans.
