Über die Rolle Als Business Development Representative (BDR) hilfst du uns dabei, unseren Outbound-Vertrieb aufzubauen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen. Du bist der erste Kontaktpunkt für potenzielle Kunden, identifizierst ihre Herausforderungen, weckst Interesse an unserer Lösung und verwandelst erste Gespräche in qualifizierte Verkaufschancen. Das ist eine praktische Vertriebsrolle. Einen großen Teil deiner Zeit wirst du mit Cold Calling verbringen, direkt mit Entscheidern sprechen, Einwände behandeln und lernen, wie man neue Kunden gewinnt. Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern zusammen, erhältst direktes Feedback und übernimmst von Anfang an echte Verantwortung.
