Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für komplexe Kundeneskalationen, die Support auf Entwicklungsebene erfordern, und koordinierst diese zwischen Support, Engineering, QA und Deployment Du leistest technischen Support für unsere autonomen mobilen Roboter (AMRs) und unterstützt bei Software-, System- und Hardwareproblemen Du analysierst technische Probleme anhand von Logs, Telemetriedaten, Felddaten und Kundenfeedback und identifizierst deren Ursachen Du koordinierst Korrekturmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklungs-, Deployment- und Service-Teams und begleitest diese bis zur Validierung und zum Rollout Du behältst den operativen Softwarestand unserer Roboterflotten im Blick, einschließlich Softwareversionen, Konfigurationen und Rollout-Status Du koordinierst Software-Releases und stellst sicher, dass diese validiert und für einen sicheren Rollout auf unsere Kundenflotten bereit sind Du überwachst die Performance unserer Software im Feld und erkennst wiederkehrende Probleme, Fehlermuster und Performanceabweichungen Du entwickelst Dashboards, Reports und Analysetools, die Transparenz über den Zustand unserer Flotten, die Softwarequalität und den Fortschritt von…
