Unser Ansatz: Wir kombinieren alte Bestandsimmobilien mit einer maßgeschneiderten Komplettsanierung zu einem Rundum-Sorglos-Zuhause. Dabei kümmern wir uns nicht nur um Planung, sondern übernehmen auch die komplette Umsetzung, um eine reibungslose und stressfreie Sanierung zu garantieren. So entstehen bezugsfertige, energieeffiziente Eigenheime – individuell geplant, vollständig finanzierbar und ohne Sanierungsstress. Wir erschaffen Neubau im Altbau getreu unserem Motto: Alt kaufen. Neu wohnen. Um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Sales Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg, der unser Team verstärkt und gemeinsam mit uns Bestandsimmobilien in lebenswerte Wohnräume verwandelt. Bitte beachte: Wir sind kein Makler, verkaufen oder vermieten kein Häuser oder Wohnungen. Aufgaben Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Käufer, Eigentümer, Kapitalanleger) und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Prozess – von der Anfrage bis zum Start der Sanierung.
