Du gestaltest CRM & Lifecycle Marketing bei Foodji von Grund auf mit – von der Segmentierung über automatisierte Journeys bis zur datenbasierten Optimierung. In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle gestaltest du CRM & Lifecycle Marketing bei Foodji von Grund auf mit. Du verbindest strategisches Denken, analytische Tiefe und operative Umsetzung: Du entwickelst Hypothesen, übersetzt sie in intelligente Segmente und automatisierte Journeys, analysierst die Ergebnisse und leitest daraus die nächsten Maßnahmen ab. Dabei hast du die Zusammenhänge und Abläufe der relevanten Systeme und Datenquellen im Blick. Foodji ist dabei kein klassischer Onlineshop: Jeder Foodji hat individuelle Stocklevels und Produktkombinationen. Genau das macht CRM bei uns besonders spannend. Du entwickelst dynamische, hochgradig segmentierte Kampagnen und nutzt Daten, um die Kommunikation kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
