Description
Bij DeWarmte maken we slimme en betaalbare warmtepompen waarmee we woningen van het gas af helpen. We ontwerpen onze producten zelf, assembleren ze in Utrecht en zorgen samen met onze installatiepartners dat ze bij steeds meer mensen thuis komen te staan. Steeds meer woningen worden verwarmd met onze warmtepompen. En dat betekent dat we ook steeds meer installaties moeten monitoren, klanten ondersteunen en technische problemen oplossen. Daarom zoeken we een Technical Support Engineer die ons support team komt versterken. Je helpt klanten en monteurs bij technische vragen, onderzoekt storingen en zorgt dat onze warmtepompen optimaal blijven functioneren. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan het probleem van vandaag. Waarom ontstaat een storing? Hoe kunnen we die in de toekomst voorkomen? En hoe kunnen we onze support slimmer organiseren? Je lost dus niet alleen problemen op, maar helpt ons ook om onze producten en service steeds beter te maken. Wat ga je doen?
