Wil je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken aan uitdagende projecten, van haalbaarheid tot realisatie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit wordt jouw baan Als projectontwikkelaar leid je vastgoedprojecten van concept tot realisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, verkoop en het volledige procesmanagement. Van haalbaarheidsstudies tot de start van de bouw: jij houdt het overzicht. Je onderhoudt relaties met partners, beleggers, woningcorporaties en overheden en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen. Daarnaast ben je een echte teamspeler die bij gebiedsontwikkelingen bijdraagt aan het realiseren van impact op jouw (deel)project. Dankzij je ervaring met complexe projecten (appartementen en binnenstedelijke ontwikkelingen) weet je snel te schakelen tussen belanghebbenden en bewaak je het totaalplaatje, inclusief conceptontwikkeling, duurzaamheid, budget en planning.
