As we continue to grow, we're looking for a GTM Systems Lead to build the systems and data foundation that Sales, CS and leadership run on. About the Role We’re hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own the technology behind Granola’s commercial team as we scale. You’ll design, build and run the systems our Sales and CS teams rely on. Our current stack has served us well, but it needs to evolve as the team grows. You’ll take responsibility for how the tools fit together, what we build versus buy, and how information flows between them. This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the direction of the stack and implement the technical changes that make it work. You’ll work closely with Sales, CS and Data, and report to the Head of RevOps.
