Als Senior Development Engineer Mechatronics gestaltest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion fertigungsgerechte Produkte und leistungsfähige Produktionsprozesse – von der Begleitung neuer Produkte in der Entwicklung über die Einführung in die Serienproduktion bis zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungsabläufe. Aufgaben Die Produktion von Neuprodukt-Entwicklungen planen und umsetzen, geeignete Montage- und Prüfprozesse entwickeln und die Fertigungsbereitschaft sicherstellen. Während der Produktentwicklung die Verantwortung für Design for Manufacturing und Design to Cost aus Fertigungssicht übernehmen und gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsbereich eine fertigungsgerechte und wirtschaftliche Produktgestaltung sicherstellen. Lean-Initiativen durch geeignete technische Lösungen unterstützen, Produktionsabläufe vereinfachen und Verschwendung reduzieren.
