Product Operations London (Paddington), 4x days per week in-office About Vega Vega is transforming the way private markets operate. Alternative asset management is one of the most influential forces in the global economy, with over $20TN in assets today. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow 3x, but GPs are facing challenges around their ability to handle the investment flows that are coming in. GPs have been completely underserved by innovation, particularly on the investor relations side. Vega built the industry’s first AI-native operating system, where all client work gets done - from the start of an investor’s journey to its end. We are rethinking how work gets done in private markets from first principles: the opportunity is big, but it’s also niche, high-stakes, and difficult to get right.
