Beschreibung Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n und sorgfältig arbeitende/n Finanzbuchhalter für unser Finance-Team in München. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eigenständig die laufende Buchhaltung in unserem ERP-System (Odoo), bereitest die monatliche Lohnbuchhaltung vor und bearbeitest Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnungen unserer Mitarbeitenden. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Head of Finance an der Budgetplanung und dem Soll-Ist-Vergleich zusammen, pflegst die Kostenzuordnung für unsere geförderten Projekte und erstellst Auswertungen fürs Management, immer mit einem klaren Fokus auf Genauigkeit, Struktur und verlässliche Finanzprozesse in unserer Wachstumsphase. Wer wir sind Die QuantumDiamonds GmbH (QD) ist 2022 als Spin-off der TU München gestartet. Wir nutzen Quantensensoren, um in Sekundenschnelle dreidimensionale Strommaps in mehrschichtigen Chips zu erstellen. Unser internationales Team von über 70 Mitarbeitenden, darunter Physiker, Ingenieure, Data Scientists und weitere Expertinnen und Experten, arbeitet eng mit führenden Halbleiterherstellern zusammen.
