Die Rolle Wir suchen einen analytisch starken, umsetzungsorientierten und unternehmerisch denkenden Website Growth & CRO Manager (m/w/d), der die Verantwortung für unsere Websites übernimmt und sie zu leistungsstarken digitalen Vertriebskanälen weiterentwickelt. In dieser Rolle treibst du Verbesserungen auf unseren Websites, Landingpages und Conversion-Funnels voran. Dabei verbindest du datengetriebenes Experimentieren mit einem guten Gespür für UX/UI, überzeugenden Texten und einem tiefen Verständnis für das Verhalten unserer Kund:innen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Conversion-Rates, erkennst Wachstumspotenziale und setzt Erkenntnisse in konkrete Verbesserungen um. Außerdem wirkst du an der Entwicklung eines neuen Produktkonfigurators mit und gestaltest intuitive digitale Erlebnisse, die es unseren Kund:innen leichter machen, unsere Produkte zu entdeck…
