Ihre Aufgaben Dein Hauptfokus liegt auf der operativen und strategischen Skalierung unseres Werbekanals SEA (Google Ads + Microsoft Ads) Du verantwortest unsere Werbe-Accounts und entwickelst die Kampagnenstruktur für lokale und deutschlandweite Nachfrage weiter. Du steuerst Gebote nicht auf möglichst viele Anfragen, sondern auf qualifizierte Anfragen und Aufträge. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Daten stimmen: Conversion Tracking, GA4, Consent Mode v2, Enhanced Conversions und die Rückspielung von Lead-Status aus unserem CRM an die jeweilige Plattform. Zusätzlich übernimmst du den Auf- und Ausbau unserer Paid-Social-Aktivitäten (Meta Ads). Du testest, welche Formate und Zielgruppen bei Meta für Immobiliengutachten funktionieren, und entscheidest auf Basis von Lead-Qualität, ob und wie wir skalieren. Du brieft unser Marketing-Team für Creatives und Landingpages und bewertest Tests anhand klarer Kriterien. Du arbeitest hands-on in den Accounts, stimmst dich strategisch direkt mit unserem Head of Marketing ab und steuerst das Budget ROI-getrieben.
