IT support, design and troubleshooting ranging from large Server, SAN farms to complex platforms; Configuration/Troubleshooting of Virtual environments: VMware vSphere, vSAN, Horizon; Server management, Operating System (OS) knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows); Design, implementation and administration of backup and restore on solutions like VEEAM and StoreOnce; Administration of servers, bladesystems and composable infrastructure; Administration of Storage systems on traditional SAN, CEPH and VSAN; Managing OCP platform in DEVOPS mode with related supporting systems like Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Helm, GitOps, Ansible Automation Platform, Kafka; Development, execution and troubleshooting of Ansible and Powershell scripts; PKI and certificate administration; Administration of monitoring systems like Nagios, Splunk; Administration of Oracle infrastructure, namely EXADATA and ZDRLA; Administration of mail servers and mail relays (postfix), anti-virus and anti-spam; Centralized deployment of software and updates.
