The platform brings channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger into one shared inbox, helping businesses manage customer conversations, organize contacts, automate follow-ups, and deploy AI agents. You will identify businesses with customer communication and sales challenges, qualify their needs, and book discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the client’s sales team. Responsibilities Research businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that generate leads or serve customers through messaging channels. Identify decision-makers across sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and business ownership. Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach in English and Arabic.
