Ben jij een Senior Quality Engineer die verder kijkt dan het oplossen van afwijkingen? Iemand die kwaliteit ziet als een stuurinstrument en het voortouw neemt in structurele verbetering? Dan bieden wij jou een rol waarin je écht het verschil maakt. Als Senior Quality Engineer ben je een sleutelspeler in het naar een hoger volwassenheidsniveau brengen van onze kwaliteitsperformance. Je acteert proactief, signaleert risico’s vóórdat ze problemen worden en stuurt op duurzame oplossingen. Je bent geen volger van processen, maar mede‑vormgever van hoe kwaliteit wordt geborgd, verbeterd en beleefd wordt bij ons. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het inhoudelijk en methodisch leiden van verbetertrajecten, waaronder het aanjagen en begeleiden van het Quality Improvement Team (QIT‑proces). Je fungeert daarbij als coach, challenger en inhoudelijk geweten. Wat ga je, onder andere, doen? Proactief analyseren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen, trends en risico’s om structurele, systeemgedreven oorzaken bloot te leggen. Leiden van root cause analyses en borgen van effectieve, duurzame CAPA’s.
