Ihre Mission Im Fokus stehen HR-Controlling, KPIs und Reporting, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Systemen sowie die eigenständige Steuerung von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten. HR-Projekte & Prozesse: Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten sowie Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen. Systeme & Reporting: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Systemen, Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Das bringen Sie mit Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen. Zahlenkompetenz: HR-KPIs, Reporting, Excel, Personalkostencontrolling. IT- und Systemaffinität: Key-User-Erfahrung, HR-Systembetreuung, Digitalisierung von Prozessen. Selbstständigkeit: Projekte eigenständig strukturieren, recherchieren, Entscheidungen vorbereiten und gegenüber der Personalleitung belastbar vertreten sowie eigenständig handlungsfähig bleiben, wenn die Personalleitung nicht verfügbar ist.
