For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior AI-Native Software Engineer / Coach to drive the transformation of software development through the practical application of AI. The objective of this project is to fundamentally transform the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by leveraging AI, enabling AI agents to increasingly take over engineering tasks while humans focus on direction, validation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate combines a strong software engineering background with extensive hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools, coding agents and agentic workflows.
