About Kyra Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. About the role Paid amplification is how our creator work reaches beyond organic. This role sits alongside our Director of Paid Strategy and owns the performance of paid campaigns across our client portfolio — planning them, running them, and being the person in the room who can explain what the numbers mean. You'll also be the senior voice in the paid team, setting the standard for how we test and how we report, and bringing a Paid Media Executive up to speed as the team grows. Six months in, our clients should be getting sharper recommendations and our optimisation decisions should be faster and better evidenced than they are today.
