Du hast Freude daran, ein Team zu führen und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu sorgen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Aufgaben - Sie führen das PC-Team gemeinsam mit dem Abteilungsleiter und vertreten ihn verantwortlich. - Sie verantworten Umsatz, Rohertrag sowie Zubehör- und Servicequoten Ihrer Abteilung. - Sie führen regelmäßige Zahlengespräche mit Ihrem Team und leiten daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab. - Sie leiten Team-Meetings und sorgen dafür, dass alle informiert sind und an einem Strang ziehen. - Sie beraten Kunden selbst und machen Ihr Team im Verkauf stärker. - Sie steuern Bestände und Warenverfügbarkeit und bringen Ihre Erfahrung in Lieferantengespräche ein. - Sie sorgen für eine Fläche, auf der Kunden gerne einkaufen. - Sie arbeiten neue Kollegen ein, führen Entwicklungsgespräche und för…
