As a Senior Principal HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you act as a strategic advisor and trusted sparring partner to senior leaders across our global R&D organization. Your focus is on enabling sustainable growth, organizational scalability, and business transformation in a highly dynamic technology environment. You help shape the future organization by aligning people strategy with business objectives, ensuring that leadership teams are equipped to navigate rapid expansion, organizational complexity, and integration challenges.
