Présentation Leads Power est expert en génération de leads. Nous déployons de plus en plus fort un pôle e-commerce spécialisé, avec une exigence : la performance ne s'arrête pas à la plateforme publicitaire, elle se joue aussi sur le site. Tu rejoins ce pôle pour optimiser la conversion et le panier moyen d'un portefeuille de boutiques e-commerce. Missions Analyser les parcours d'achat (données chiffrées, enregistrements de sessions, tests utilisateurs) pour repérer ce qui fait perdre des ventes. Construire et tenir une feuille de route de tests priorisés, boutique par boutique. Piloter les tests A/B de l'hypothèse à la mise en ligne : conception, suivi, analyse, décision. Travailler avec le media buyer, le créa strat et le développement pour livrer vite les variantes gagnantes. Faire monter la conversion et le panier moyen (upsell, bundles, recommandations produit). Documenter chaque test dans nos outils internes et partager les apprentissages à l'équipe. Suivre l'évolution de chaque boutique sur un tableau de bord hebdomadaire.
