Du bist Pflegefachkraft mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz und möchtest Pflegequalität nicht nur dokumentieren, sondern im Alltag erlebbar machen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Für unser Zentrales Qualitätsmanagement (ZQM) suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich starke Persönlichkeit als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte. In Deiner Rolle betreust Du 2–3 unserer Einrichtungen direkt und unterstützt bei Bedarf weitere Standorte. Die fachliche und personelle Steuerung erfolgt über das ZQM. Aufgaben Du sicherst eine professionelle Pflegefachpraxis in unseren Einrichtungen, sichtbar, ansprechbar und mit echtem Vorbildcharakter. Du führst pflegerische Fallbesprechungen durch und bearbeitest komplexe Situationen strukturiert und fachlich fundiert. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Pflegevisiten inklusive Auswertung, Bearbeitung und konstruktiver fachlicher Rückmeldung an die Teams. Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für die korrekte Anwendung des Strukturmodells im Pflegeprozess (SIS, Maßnahmenplanung, Verlaufsdokumentation).
