About us EggAI is a fast-growing, 100% remote AI consulting and development startup based in Munich. We build agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. We are growing in several European markets at the same time, are actively building our internal structures — and are looking for someone to help shape this growth phase. Your role You are our go-to person for day-to-day accounting. You make sure every receipt, invoice and expense ends up in the right place — cost center, account, country — and you prepare everything so that our external tax advisor can book without back-and-forth. You work across several European countries, with employees and freelancers, and with local payroll providers. We don’t have fully established processes yet, so you won’t just follow a playbook: you spot gaps, think the process through and set it up yourself. You work closely with our Head of Finance, who owns controlling, forecasting and reporting, and with our external tax advisor, who handles ongoing bookkeeping, annual financial statements and German payroll.
