Die erste Klinik ist live und profitabel. Jetzt kommt die Phase, in der aus einer Klinik eine Gruppe wird. Du bist die rechte Hand des Gründers und arbeitest an dem, was gerade den größten Hebel hat. Heute eine Marktanalyse, morgen ein Klinikprozess, übermorgen ein Behördenantrag. Du brauchst keine feste Rollenbeschreibung, sondern den Ehrgeiz, jedes Problem zu lösen, das vor dir liegt - und den Instinkt, die Probleme zu erkennen, die noch keiner benannt hat. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründer (Ex-Harvard, Ex-BCG) und dem C-Level, bekommst ab Tag eins echte Themen mit Verantwortung und siehst aus erster Reihe, wie eine skalierbare Plattform im Gesundheitswesen entsteht. Das Praktikum ist der Einstieg: Wer liefert, übernimmt danach eine feste Rolle.
