Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung des Infrastruktur Teams am Standort bei täglichen Aufgaben im IT Support (1st/2nd Level) sowie der allgemeinen Administration der on-site Infrastruktur Den Support leisten Sie Remote oder beim jeweiligen User direkt am Arbeitsplatz Dabei betreuen Sie die mehr als 200 Mitarbeiter/User Sie nehmen die Incidents persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail entgegen, priorisieren und lösen diese eigenständig oder koordinieren die Bearbeitung über den 3rd Level In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd Level führen Sie deren Instruktionen, dort wo notwendig, direkt beim User aus Sie sind mitverantwortlich für das Verwalten und Aktualisieren der Wissensdatenbank im Bereich Systeme und Betrieb Sie betreuen die Benutzerverwaltung sowie die verschiedenen Accounts Sie sind mitverantwortlich für das Inventory Managament des Datacenters und stehen zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen für vor Ort Einsätze auf Abruf bereit Zudem unterstützen Sie den Fachbereich bei aktuellen IT-Projekten Dein Profil: Sie besitzen ein gutes und breites allgemeines Fachwissen in der Systemtechnik (Windows…
