Assistenz Corporate Finance & M&A (m/w/d) – Hamburg | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmen in zentraler Lage in Hamburg suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Assistenz Corporate Finance & M&A (m/w/d)“. Aufgaben Als Teamassistenz Corporate Finance & M&A (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie das Team bei der organisatorischen und administrativen Abwicklung von Unternehmenstransaktionen Zudem bearbeiten und formatieren Sie Verträge, Transaktionsunterlagen und weitere Dokumente in deutscher und englischer Sprache Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Geschäftskorrespondenz sowie die digitale Dokumentenverwaltung und das Wiedervorlagenmanagement Zusätzlich koordinieren Sie Termine, Besprechungen und Geschäftsreisen und behalten wichtige Fristen im Blick Dabei erstellen und bearbeiten Sie Präsentationen und unterstützen das Team flexibel im laufenden Tagesgeschäft Qualifikation Sie bringen Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich mit, idealerweise aus einer Wirtschaftskanzlei oder einem vergleichbaren Corporate-Finance-Umfeld Besonders passend ist Berufserfahrung als Teamassistent (m/w/d), Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder Assistenz Corporate Finance (m/w/d)…
