Deine Rolle SEL wächst vom Start-up zum Scale-up – und du gestaltest unsere Produkte in dieser Phase aktiv mit. Als Product Lead verantwortest du unsere Webportale inklusive der Abrechnungslösung und treibst die Produktstrategie gemeinsam mit dem CEO, dem UX-Team und der Entwicklung voran. Du denkst strategisch, führst die Product Discovery und packst bei der Umsetzung mit an – kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheide, echter Gestaltungsspielraum.
