Wir unterstützen Klienten als Unternehmensberatung in entscheidenden Momenten mit eigener KI-Technologie, agilen Expertenteams und erfahrenen Beiräten dabei, Risiken zu minimieren und Wachstum zu generieren. Während sich die großen Beratungen neu aufstellen, zeigen wir, welche Beratungsfelder mit KI entstehen, und schärfen mit ihr laufend die Qualität unserer Arbeit. Als Werkstudent arbeitest du an Mandaten von Unternehmen, die du aus deinem Feed kennst. Was dich erwartet Du arbeitest vom ersten Tag an als Teil des Beraterteams, übernimmst Verantwortung und betreust Klienten gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Berater. Wir begleiten Unternehmen in Krisen, bei Transaktionen und Börsengängen und bei der Positionierung ihrer Führungskräfte, also dort, wo Kommunikation über den Geschäftserfolg mitentscheidet. Bei uns zählt, dass du Probleme früh erkennst und strategisch zu Ende denkst. Berufserfahrung bringst du mit oder sammelst sie bei uns.
