Wer wir sind: Die Markentrainer bringen Marken in Form. Als Werbeagentur aus Karlsruhe bauen wir emotionale Marken mit Kraft, Ausdauer und einem klaren Ziel: mehr Wirkung beim Kunden. Wir trainieren Marken wie den KVV und viele weitere B2B-Unternehmen aus Mittelstand und Handwerk. KI ist dabei unser fester Trainingspartner, vom ersten Entwurf bis zum fertigen Workflow. Dein Trainingsplan: Du gestaltest Kampagnen, Websites und Social-Media-Inhalte für Online und Print. Du entwickelst Bildsprachen und begleitest Shootings. Du arbeitest täglich mit KI und trainierst dich Schritt für Schritt zum Profi: Bild- und Videogenerierung, KI-Avatare, Textassistenten und automatisierte Workflows. Du baust eigene KI-Lösungen auf, etwa individuelle Assistenten, Agenten oder verknüpfte Tool-Ketten, und bringst so das ganze Team in Bestform. Du steuerst Projekte vom Briefing bis zur Ziellinie: Zeitplan, Abstimmung mit Kunden und Team, Qualität. Du erzählst Geschichten in Designs und Präsentationen, die Kunden überzeugen. Deine Stärken: Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Gestaltung oder Content Creation, gern in einer Agentur Sicher in Figma und der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator,…
