Was Dich bei uns erwartet Beratung Als Project Manager übernimmst Du die Leitung von Projekten oder komplexen Teilprojekten. Deine fachliche und methodische Expertise nutzt Du zur Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen und agierst als „Thought-Leader“. Neben Projekten wirkst Du an der Entwicklung unserer Services und Kompetenzen mit. Projektmanagement Als Experte überblickst und managst Du Projekte ganzheitlich. Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen die Planung sowie die Durchführung und Steuerung. Du übernimmst zudem die Kommunikation und Vertretung des Projektes auf Leitungsebene und nach außen. Führungsverantwortung Intern und auf Projekten führst Du Kollegen und Mitarbeiter. Deine Erfahrung gibst Du in Form von Coachings und Workshops weiter. Zudem teilst Du Deine Expertise in Form von Veröffentlichungen, die in Fachmedien veröffentlicht werden. Abwechslung Du hast Spaß daran, komplexe Problemstellungen zu strukturieren, nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu deren zielgerichteter Umsetzung beizutragen.
