Mit unseren Marken simplyright.de, abo-hilfe.de, inkassohilfe.de und smartkündigen.de erreichen wir jeden Monat zehntausende Menschen über Google. Jetzt holen wir unser Performance Marketing ins eigene Team. Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Google-Ads-Konten (Suche, Performance Max, Anrufkampagnen) mit einem monatlichen Budget im hohen fünfstelligen Bereich. Du steuerst Gebotsstrategien (tCPA, tROAS), Budgets und Kampagnenstruktur und optimierst auf echte Verkäufe, nicht auf Klicks. Du baust ein sauberes Conversion-Tracking auf: Offline-Conversions, Enhanced Conversions und eigene Conversion-Aktionen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Entwicklern zusammen. Du testest neue Kanäle wie Meta Ads und TikTok Ads und baust sie auf. Du berichtest wöchentlich an die Geschäftsführung: Kosten pro Lead, Kosten pro Verkauf, ROAS.
