Für den Geschäftsbereich Work Management suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Team in der Rolle als Solutions Consultant (m/w/d). Aufgaben Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung von Asana und sorgst dafür, dass die Software nahtlos in deren bestehende Systeme integriert wird. Du analysierst die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Vorschläge zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen. Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für Endanwender und Administratoren durch, um die Nutzung von Asana zu maximieren. Du erstellst verständliche technische Dokumentationen und Leitfäden, die unseren Kunden den Umgang mit Asana erleichtern. Du entwickelst bestehende Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter, um den sich verändernden Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden.
