Wat ga je doen? Als HR Stagiair(e) bij Flagship Amsterdam krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen recruitment, personeelsadministratie en HR. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van het HR-proces, van de eerste kennismaking met kandidaten tot de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Je voert telefonische intakegesprekken, ondersteunt bij het wervingsproces en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom onze medewerkers goed geregeld is. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers en krijg je allerlei HR-gerelateerde vragen waar je veel van kunt leren. Je houdt je bezig met contractbeheer, ondersteunt bij de in- en uitdiensttreding van personeel en voert verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams binnen Flagship Amsterdam, zoals Marketing en Operations. Zo leer je de verschillende kanten van HR kennen binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie en krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Wat ga je leren?
