Your Mission As our talent acquisition partner, you will help build Ben as it scales, hiring bar-raising talent across the business. You'll partner with hiring managers from first-line managers to the C-suite, getting under the skin of what each team needs to grow, and you will equally contribute towards building a best-in-class hiring process. We're heavily invested in agentic tooling and already run agents and workflows built with Claude, Ashby and other platforms. You'll work with our Strategic Talent Business Partner to keep building and iterating on them, and we want you to think boldly about what an agentic talent function can do.
