Sie führen ein Team und steuern anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur Serienfreigabe! Unser Kunde im Kanton St. Gallen entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt technisch anspruchsvolle Kunststoffteile und Baugruppen von höchster Präzision für die Medizintechnik, die Diagnostik und für Labore. Ihre Aufgaben Führung: Sie führen vier Projektleiter sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch und fördern deren Weiterentwicklung. Projektverantwortung: Sie übernehmen die Leitung spannender Kundenprojekte. Von der ersten Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Serienfreigabe Koordination: Sie kalkulieren und koordinieren Änderungen, Reparaturen und Revisionen und behalten dabei stets den Überblick Kommunikation: Als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss während der gesamten Projektphase Ihr Profil Fachkompetenz: Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung und haben sich zum Techniker oder Ingenieur weitergebildet.
