Als familiengeführtes Unternehmen betreiben wir bis zu 7 Standorte mit bis zu 70 engagierten Mitarbeitenden. Für unsere Gelateria & Bar Leonardo im Sihlcity suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine stellvertretende Teamleitung. Bei uns erwarten dich flache Hierarchien, viel Eigenverantwortung und die Möglichkeit, den Standort aktiv mitzugestalten. Deine Hauptaufgaben • Unterstützung der Teamleitung im täglichen Betrieb und Stellvertretung bei deren Abwesenheit • Sicherstellung eines herzlichen und professionellen Gästeerlebnisses • Motivation, Unterstützung und Einarbeitung der Mitarbeitenden • Aktive Mitarbeit im Service, an der Bar und an der Gelato-Theke • Koordination der täglichen Abläufe und Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung • Mitverantwortung über die Warenbestellungen, Lagerbewirtschaftung, Inventuren und Kassenwesen • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung Das bringst du mit • Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise als Barista • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu über…
