Vos premiers mois en production Vous prenez en main la supervision des opérations de l'un de nos ateliers de réhydratation et de conditionnement sur notre site de Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot dans le cadre d'un CDI de 39 heures par semaine. Dès votre arrivée, vous apprenez à connaître l'équipe de production et vous coordonnez les activités quotidiennes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés dans les délais impartis. Vous veillez également au strict respect des consignes de sécurité et des normes de qualité en vigueur. Ce que nous attendons de vous Expérience en encadrement d'équipe ou en gestion de production Expérience exigée en réhydratation Capacité à organiser le travail quotidien d'un atelier et à suivre les indicateurs Rigueur sur l'application des règles de sécurité et de qualité Sens de l'écoute et aptitude à fédérer les collaborateurs autour des objectifs Rémunération La rémunération proposée pour ce poste s'établit entre EUR 2,400 et 2,500 par mois.
