Als Sales Operations & Analytics Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du das operative Rückgrat unseres B2B-Vertriebs: Du steuerst die Daten, Systeme und Prozesse, auf die sich unser Sales-Team täglich verlässt. Wir suchen ein Profil mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Sales Operations, das den Freiraum nutzen möchte, Strukturen und Abläufe von Grund auf effizient zu gestalten. Du steuerst das kommerzielle Back-End eigenverantwortlich und stellst die höchste Qualität unserer Vertriebsdaten sicher. Das bedeutet konkret: Du verantwortest die Stammdaten- und Key-Account-Pflege in SAP, garantierst deren Vollständigkeit und ermöglichst so eine reibungslose, präzise Rechnungsstellung. Da die gesamte Back-End-Verantwortung bei Dir gebündelt liegt, gestaltest Du die Prozesse aktiv mit, schaffst klare Strukturen und entwickelst unsere Systeme kontinuierlich weiter.
